Getting your official 1M gear to you as quickly and securely as possible is our top priority.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, our automated online store is set up to ship exclusively within the Kingdom of Morocco. We deliver directly to your specified address (city, district, house, or other location).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: Many of our items are produced on demand to ensure the highest premium quality. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your gear to be printed, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery: Once handed over to our trusted local shipping partners, standard delivery within Morocco typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange the exact drop-off time.

3. Split Shipments (Important Notice)

To ensure you receive each item as fast as possible, we utilize multiple specialized fulfillment centers. For example, our custom Pro Jerseys ship directly from our 1M Headquarters, while standard apparel and phone cases ship from our dedicated printing partners. If your order contains different types of products, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Do not worry if your first package doesn't contain your entire order – the rest is already on its way!
