Welcome to One More Esports. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the onemoreesports.youcan.store website (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – IMPORTANT LIMITATION

We exclusively ship to valid addresses within the Kingdom of Morocco. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any orders placed for delivery outside of Morocco will be cancelled and refunded. You may place an order from outside Morocco (e.g., from Europe), but the delivery address specified must be within Morocco. Please note: Our products are fulfilled from different locations (including our 1M HQ and partner facilities). If your order contains multiple different items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. If you choose "Cash on Delivery" (COD), you agree to pay the carrier the full amount upon receipt of the goods. Failure to accept or pay for a COD order may result in you being blocked from future purchases. Important: COD is strictly not available for personalized/customized items (e.g., Jerseys with custom names). Orders for customized items placed with COD will be automatically cancelled.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or automatically converted to your local currency for informational purposes only. The final transaction will be processed in our store's base currency (MAD). We accept payments as listed on the checkout page, including Cash on Delivery (COD) within Morocco.

4. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We are committed to quality. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@onemoreesports.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable. Please note that we do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, as most of our products are printed on demand. Strictly No Returns on Personalized Items: Any products customized with personal names, numbers, or specific player tags cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless physically defective upon arrival.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the logo, designs, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of One More Esports and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One More Esports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products purchased from us.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
